This page explains what happens to information you submit through htflo.com — the marketing site, not the htflo application itself. If you're a user of the htflo product (the ERP application at a client subdomain), that's governed by the agreement between HornbeamTech and the company you work for, not this notice.

What this site collects

The contact form on this site (name, company, email, and message) does not submit to a server or database. Clicking "Send message" opens your device's default email client with those details pre-filled, addressed to connect@hornbeamtech.com. Nothing is transmitted or stored anywhere unless you choose to actually send that email — at which point it's an ordinary email in our inbox, handled like any other correspondence.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

Third-party resources

This page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Like any external resource, that involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which can see the request's IP address and user-agent. We don't control that exchange beyond choosing to use the font.
